Get the diffusion permutations

get_diffusion_perms.Rd

Returns the diffusion Z-scores if you ran permute_seed_nodes().

Usage

get_diffusion_perms(object)

Arguments

object

The underlying class NetworkDiffusions().

Value

The diffusion Z scores if found. Otherwise NULL.
